you know what I mean. For 6 months, it’s came on when I pushed the power button. And honestly, the picture was pretty good, I was surprised.hooked it up and then took my old one and put it in the box and took it away. How crazy is that? Just that customer service experience told me everything I needed to know about Vizio. I saved a lot of money going with this brand since my old one has been a very good TV and I have confidence this one will be also. You’re kidding me right? TV is 6 months old and dead and I have to pay $300 to package and ship this monster back to get it fixed
This may not be the best 65″ 4K TV you can buy, but it’s pretty damned good!! Especially at $599!! What I am seeing is a Great Picture, that is bright, clean and well defined. If you are looking for a quality screen with none of the “Smart TV” crap out on the market today, this is your TV. I was a little hesitant buying Sceptre again, but I am so happy I did. I get 2 “whoa”s when people walk into my home. The first is when they see the TV, the second is when they see the brand name and I tell them what I paid. This is junk. Have requested return. Started when only 2 months old.
We will just have to see as time goes on but I already see a significant difference in the movies I watch and especially on Netflix and Hulu streaming. You don’t need an internet ready TV and it’s silly to spend that extra money on one.You cannot see it in the evening but it is quite noticeable in the daytime. It is not a deal braker but sdo far my inquiry into what I can do about it has gone unanserwed.FYI even though you open the box from the bottom and slide the top off the feet are in the top part.
This TV isn’t a smart TV, so it doesn’t have any of the extra junk like Netflix/Hulu on it. That’s perfectly fine for probably most people as almost everybody has some sort of a smart device to connect to the tv, whether it be a Roku/PS4/XBox or even a computer can connect easily via USB and stream all the content you would want. I’d recommend this TV to everybody. My sound bar sits in the same place, blocking the sensor. I had to make a 1 inch platform in order to raise the TV enough to turn it on. I refuse to use Smart features, so the dumb TV is good in my book.Once contacting support they told me they couldn’t fix it I would have to return it for a refund. I told them I didn’t have the original box ,the TV just shut down – no red light, just dead.
